Q: How can I fix the WorkFlows error: "Failed to connect tot he host: sparcc.infohio.org"
A: The inability to log in to WorkFlows can usually be fixed by one of two measures:
1. Do you have internet? If you are able to search and find websites, proceed to two
2. Is your configuration screen correct? Your IP should be sparcc.infohio.org and your Port is the same throughout your district, check with another library within your district, to help troubleshoot what this number should be.
